Lindley-Highfield of Ballumbie Castle
Mark Paul Lindley-Highfield of Ballumbie Castle was Recognised in this name by Warrant of the now late William David Hamilton Sellar, then Lord Lyon King of Arms, on 1 December 2009. This was followed by Letters Patent of 26th April 2010, which further Recognised him for aught yet seen as the Baron of Cartsburn, which he became in 2008.

As the 14th Baron of Cartsburn, he researched the history of the barony and assigned to his father the dignity of the related Burgh of Barony, however retained the dignity of the barony of Cartsburn itself together with its heraldic privileges, which he later assigned to an Italian genealogist, who is now the present and 15th Baron of Cartsburn.

He is a Companion of the Order of Malta, and a feudal lord and baron.
